The company was established in 1989 and since that date has progressed steadily and now has a wide spread client base of several hundred solicitors and corporate entities from whom regular instructions are received. The company was founded by Terence J Tooher, who spent seven years in the Colonial Police in Central Africa and twenty two years in the London Metropolitan Police. Most of his service in both forces was spent in the Criminal Investigation Department, including a three year posting to the Fraud Squad at New Scotland Yard. His co-director is Tracy Lovett, who has been with the company since inception and over the years has established a first class rapport with clients and agents.
