may look excellent but they do not always tell the truth, sometimes
they can be complete fabrications. Likewise with qualifications
- are they genuine. Most people will tend to exaggerate on their
CV but there is a thin line between gilding the lily and telling
lies. Much better to do a comprehensive enquiry on a person
before you engage them than find at a later stage that they
are not up to the job.
